Return Policy

Polkadot Company strides itself in providing consumers with the best Mushroom products. We acknowledge from time to time consumers may change their mind when purchasing our Product. As we stride in providing the best products possible we also believe in servicing our customer to the best ability possible, because without our customers Polkadot Company would not be able to provide their amazing products to adult consumers. We have a 14 day no questions asked return policy for all unopened products. Due to the nature of our products and hygienic reasons, Polkadot Company does not accept products that have been opened and used. If the return request is due to the potentially not working properly and or defective will be handled on a case by case basis, it is essential all original packaging and materials are saved/available as our replacement team may request these in order to approve your replacement. 

Key Points 

  • 14 day return policy: No questions asked 14 days for all UNOPENED purchases. In order to provide you with the best Psilocybin products at the most reasonable prices, Polakdot Company is not responsible for return shipping cost, prepaid labels can be provided and will be deducted. 
  • Scan and Verify: You must scan and verify your product in our verification portal within 14 days of your purchase. If you attempt to return the device and have not scanned it in, it may not be eligible for a return.
  • Self Service Returns: All returns for UNOPENED products are self service and can be done without needing to contact us. If you are unable to yourself or need further assistance never hesitate to email us  contact@polkadotchocolatedispensary.com and we will be glad to assist. Only defect or product issues requested will need prior authorization and be handled on a case by case basis. Visit Self Service Returns 
  • Refund/Replacement: All returns can take up to 7-10 business days to fully process. Once a return has been made and received you will receive an email confirmation and a refund back to your original payment method will be issued which can take anywhere form 24-72 hours to fully process. 

Return To Sender/Undeliverable: We urge our customers to make sure the shipping address entered is put to date and a deliverable address. All return-to-sender, due to address mistakes, and non-deliverables will incur a 10% restocking fee and a non refundable shipping cost.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to 1700 S Santa Fe Ave, Unit 420, Los Angeles CA 90021
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
